Ratatouille with goat’s cheese sauce

Crêpes:
2 large eggs – beaten
3/4 cup warm milk
3 Tbs melted butter
1 cup flour
¼ tsp salt
A dash of black pepper
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
½ cup soda water
Olive oil for cooking
